The Board of Soul Talks is soon to release a book titled An Introduction to Soul-Centered Care. This book and the podcast series that accompanies it is based on Joy Nugent’s three decades as a private palliative care nurse.

In the Aged Care Sector, the course is a tool for caregivers to replenish their own energy and prevent burnout by connecting with their deeper purpose. Soul-centered care leads to more peaceful transitions from this world to the next by relieving death anxiety.

The podcast series covers ten hours of listening and gives practical tips on how to improve the lives of those in the last phase of life when there is a need to complete “unfinished business.” This is a phrase coined by Dr Elisabeth Kubler-Ross the famous psychiatrist who taught the world so much about death and dying.

An introductory series of podcasts can be found on our website: www.soultalks.com.au/podcasts  The concept of Oneness is promoted as an aspect of the universal principles of compassion, meaning and purpose. This aspect appeals to diverse spiritual and or non-spiritual backgrounds.

This month thoughts turn to financial affairs and Soul Talks as a charity relies on donations. Your support by membership or donation is vital in supporting the way forward.
