If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Ideally, your item should also be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
We issue refunds for digital products within 60 days of the original purchase of the product.
We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

Events (Soirées and Courses)
We issue refunds for paid events up to 72 hours prior to the event commencing. After this we may issue a full refund, partial refund or no refund at all, depending on the circumstances. We will endeavour to provide a full refund if possible, however, at the discretion of our board, Soul Talks may retain some or all of your payment to ensure Soul Talks Incorporated is fairly compensated for any costs losses it may suffer from your late cancellation. For example, we may lose the deposit paid to a catering company for your seat and food.
Your event purchase needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. In order to verify your refund request, please email your proof of purchase to us from the email address you used to make the purchase.
Please be aware that the technology systems in use on our website enable ecommerce transactions. Most of these systems take a small margin from your purchase amount as a commission for handling the sale. Whilst we will do everything we can to ensure you received a full refund, we cannot guarantee the full amount will be refunded by these systems, as they may be designed to keep their commission from the sale.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund on a product, the cost of return shipping may also be deducted from your refund.
